1. App operator

Jyots Labs develops and publishes Bharat Tales. Contact support@jyotsnafunzone.in for privacy questions.

2. Information we do not request

The app does not require or intentionally collect through its own features a real name, email address, phone number, date of birth, precise location, contacts, camera or microphone content, social login, photos, messages or user-generated content.

3. Information stored on the device

Story progress, unlocked content, coin balance, selected language, narration and app preferences are stored locally in the app's private storage. Jyots Labs does not upload this data to its own server.

4. Narration and languages

Narration audio is supplied with the app. Selecting or playing narration does not require recording the child's voice, and the app does not request microphone access for this feature.

5. Optional rewarded advertising

Bharat Tales uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded videos that can award in-app coins after a completed ad. Ad requests are configured as child-directed and non-personalized, with the maximum ad content rating set to G. The Android Advertising ID permission is removed.

Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process limited technical information required to deliver and protect ads, such as IP address, device or app information available to the SDK, ad interactions and diagnostics. This processing is performed by Google, not by a Jyots Labs account server. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosure.

6. No chat or social features

The app has no public profiles, chat, user-to-user messaging, photo sharing, voice sharing or social posting.

7. Children's privacy

We minimize data collection and avoid unnecessary permissions. If a parent believes a child sent personal information to Jyots Labs through support email, contact us to request review or deletion.

8. Retention and deletion

Local app data remains until the device user clears the app's storage or uninstalls it. Because Jyots Labs does not receive that local data, we cannot remotely delete it. Google retains advertising data according to its policies. Support messages may be kept as reasonably necessary to answer and document a request.

9. Security

Normal app progress is kept in private local storage, and app permissions are limited. Internet access is used for advertising services when available.

10. Policy changes

We may update this policy if the app, advertising configuration, law or third-party services change. The latest date will appear above.
