How Jyots Labs handles information in the Jyots Adventures children's game.

For parents and guardians: Jyots Adventures is designed for children. The app asks for a fun Explorer nickname and tells children not to use their real name. The nickname and game progress are stored locally and are not uploaded by Jyots Labs.

1. Who operates Jyots Adventures?

Jyots Labs develops and publishes Jyots Adventures. This policy applies specifically to the Jyots Adventures mobile game.

2. Information Jyots Labs does not ask children to provide

Jyots Adventures does not require a child to create an online account. The app does not ask for or intentionally collect through its own game features:

real name;
email address or phone number;
date of birth;
precise physical location;
camera or microphone content;
social-media login;
photos, voice recordings or user-to-user messages; or
behavioral analytics or cross-app profiling by Jyots Labs.

3. Explorer nickname and game progress

On first use, the game may ask the player to choose an Explorer nickname. The screen instructs children not to enter their real name. The nickname is used only to personalize the game experience.

The nickname, selected buddy, scores, stars, gems, unlocked levels and locations, achievements, daily-challenge progress, cosmetic selections, and app settings are stored as game data inside the app's local private storage on the device. Jyots Labs does not upload this game-progress file to its own server.

4. Advertising — Google AdMob

Jyots Adventures uses Google AdMob to show interstitial advertisements at natural breaks in gameplay. Advertising is configured in the app for a child-directed experience:

child-directed / age-restricted treatment is enabled for ad requests;
the maximum ad content rating is set to G;
ad requests are made as non-personalized requests; and
the Android Advertising ID permission is removed from the app manifest.

Even with these restrictions, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process limited technical information needed to provide and protect advertising services, such as an IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), device or app identifiers available to the SDK, app/ad interactions, and diagnostic information. This processing is performed by Google rather than by Jyots Labs' own game server.

5. No user-to-user communication

Jyots Adventures does not provide chat, voice communication, photo sharing, audio sharing, social posting, multiplayer messaging or a public profile system.

6. Location, camera and microphone

The game does not request precise-location, camera or microphone access for its gameplay. Google advertising services may infer an approximate location from network information such as an IP address as described above.

7. Children's privacy

Jyots Labs designed Jyots Adventures to minimize information collection from children. The game does not require children to disclose contact details or create an online account. Advertising requests are configured with child-directed restrictions.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to Jyots Labs through a support email or another direct contact method, please contact us and request review or deletion.

8. Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on the device until it is cleared by the device user, the app's storage is reset, or the app is uninstalled. Because Jyots Labs does not receive the local game-progress file, we cannot remotely delete that local file.

Information processed by Google AdMob is retained and deleted according to Google's applicable policies and settings. Support emails sent directly to Jyots Labs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer and document the request.

9. Security

Jyots Labs limits the app's permissions and keeps normal game-progress information in the app's private local storage. Internet access is used for advertising services when available. Core gameplay is designed not to depend on a child account.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Jyots Adventures, its advertising configuration, legal requirements or third-party services change. The latest version and effective date will always be posted on this page.
